Has anyone lost weight and has got ?

  • I did, I had lost 60 lbs and we took a break from trying, no meds no opks nothing, That month boom. Preggo. Ended in a CP but yes.
  • Thank you for sharing πŸ‘£πŸ‘£πŸ‘£Baby dust to you.
  • How did you lose all that? Well done you did really well?
  • 2-3x a day, no carbs, going on walks and weights at home. The first month I lost 15+ lbs.
  • Wow, you done so well, well done hun.
  • Yes 30kg on and off metformin.
  • I did after losing 160lbs.
  • How did you lose the weight.
  • I had gastric bypass
  • Yes. I was off all meds, lost 45 lbs, then got pregnant.
  • Yes. After loosing certain amouny of weight…spl if u cut oil in.pcos…u will get pregnant fast…
  • Me! I ate right and exercised lost 15 pounds was at 232 and had my first period that was not (medically induced in over a year) and I missed my next period the next month because I was pregnant.
  • I did after losing 30lbs in an attempt for IVF to work better… I was ecstatic to find out I conceived naturally!!
  • I had to make it bigger than myself. I was doing it for both myself and the chance for my biggest dream. Being a Mom. It was the reality of having to see a specialist and that IVF would cost $6000 each time. If I was going to spend that I wanted the best shot possible. I did low carbs and walked a lot. I even would go take a walk outside on my lunch break at work. (I had the luxury of being able to eat at my desk so I used my free time to walk)
  • It was really hard for me at first but after a few weeks it got easier. If only I could give myself that motivation now to drop the weight again. I did great during both pregnancies then fell off the deep end after my second arrived.
  • Omg this is so exciting……. This gives me much hope ❀. What was the hardest part of staying on track with your weight loss? Committing to working out or giving up those terrible carvings?
  • Not giving in to the craving was the hardest for me.
  • They are the worst.
  • Yessss I did my beautiful princess will be turning 3 months in 6 days.
  • I went from 263 lbs to 200 lbs in 4 months and got pregnant.
  • Wow girl congratulations that is amazing and such a wonderful success ❀ what helped you the most with losing the weight and what was the hardest part ?
  • I decided after being on clomid and prover and 3 miscarriages that I was tired of the pain and losses and gave up started working on my self and worked out and watched my callorie intake and after 4 months I felt different I can’t explain it so I was like ima just check and it showed up a + and I started crying went to the store at 12 am and got 7 more test all positive.
  • Hardest part is not eating what I wanted.
  • Well congrats girl that’s so awesome. Im 223 now and i want to lose as much as i can . Food is the hardest part for me also…… The cravings are the worst
  • Yesss bc I love chocolate.
  • Between valentines day and Easter candy in stores the past 2 months I’ve lost control and have just got to make a change and doing it by losing the weight i know will help me later in life and during pregnancy should i convince 😊but chocolate and breads are my worst enemy.
  • Yes lost almost 50lbs got pregnant. Lost our 1st son. 3 mths later pregnant again was put on mess to keep baby safe. After daughter was born 8mths later pregnant again baby boy mess again to keep him safe. Went on birth control 6 mths later pregnant have had lots of complications with this one. Steroid shots and other mess to keep him cooking til april. I’ve been pregnant the last 4 yrs. I was diagnosed with pcos in 1999.
  • April is almost here!!! Hang in there!!!
  • You have been on a journey with much strength ❀ this gives me so much. I’m meeting a new doc in April and im trying to get the ball rolling myself. April is almost here girl ❀ Naturally convincing for me would be a blessing ….. Congrats on your pregnancy and thank u so much for sharing with me.
  • I lost 45lbs and am currently unable to sleep due to my daughter “exercusing” in my uterus.
  • I am. I had my 3 pregnancies with metformin (2 miscarriage and 1 live birth) and being active but after that whenever I lose weight by diet plus workout- I’ve got additional two kiddos without meds.
  • Wow this is great to know ❀ makes me want to work more towards getting healthy, losing this weight and hopefully convincing.
  • I tried for 10 years, got gastric sleeve surgery and lost 140 pounds and conceived naturally. We were told IVF was our only option due to my PCOS (never got a natural period or ovulated and didn’t respond to Clomid) and my husband had sperm issues.
  • Congrats this is truly a miracle . Im so fortunate that you have shared this with me. We have tried naturally for 8 years and no luck . All I’ve ever wanted was to be a mother . I’m seeing my doc in April to get things rolling but losing the weight would be my first choice as it will make me healthy for life and while pregnant.
  • I did after losing 5 1/2 stone and then giving my endocrine system some time to reset as such.
  • Awesome congrats.
  • Yes only time i got pregnant was by eating low carb, lots of veggies, lots of water and lots of cardio exercise. Otherwise never could get pregnant. I now have 3 beautiful kiddos .
  • This is so motivating to hear all these success stories …… It’s really making me happy to know it is possible to convince naturally with the right life style and if my body benefits from it im all for it.
  • 45 lbs. Also did keto and was on Metformin, Synthroid, etc.
  • Congratulations im happy to hear this .
  • My first was a clomid baby. My second and third have been naturally conceived. I have never had weight issues as in being obese or heavy but I have fat around my stomach that disappears only when I eat low carbs and sugar. I’m about to start a ketogenic way of eating and have heard people with pcos have had incredible results balancing their hormones and controlling their weight.
  • I’ll have to look up keto diet.
  • Me! Lost 63 pounds and I am currently 25 weeks pregnant. We conceived naturally. This was also after failed IVF and 9 failed IUIs. I have , it is possible.

  • You can do it do it girl! Don’t give up.
  • Thanks so much… I’m really trying.
  • I did! Lost about 145lbs doing low carb (not keto), got more active and sporadically worked out, started metformin when diagnosed and then without even trying (but not preventing) got pregnant!!
  • Yes. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months by using Weight Watchers and I was pregnant by the 4th month.
  • Yes, I was at 200 or 220 I’m not sure but yeah all o’ natural!!
  • I did 3 times. My oldest being 13 and my youngest being 5 years old but now I’m fighting to get the weight back off.

  • Yes. I lost weight and had just started putting some back on when it happened naturally. Sorry for the comparison but apparently with cattle the farmers make them lose weight and breed them as they put the weight back on as that is when they’re most fertile… so I’ve heard.

  • Yep! It completely regulated my cycles, I wasn’t ovulating before that.

  • Ok then nope not totally med free, but no fertility meds such as Clomid etc
  • Yes everytime I lost Weight at least 20-30 lbs I’ve gotten pregnant. Even with my youngest I was on metformin, coq10 and selenium. Idk if it was the meds or weight loss but I got pregnant and i didn’t have a period for 3 months.
  • I did kinda the first time, 12 years ago. Natural cycle, the only help we needed was frozen donor sperm since we were both women. Got pregnant on cycle day 23. My second and third pregnancies were unmedicated, but both ended in miscarriage. These were with my current husband. Now I’m pregnant with a clomid baby and things look good so far, I’m 10 and a half weeks. Didn’t ovulate until CD 26 this time!
  • Me here. I had to lose 75 lbs before my follicles started moving ❀️
  • I did 2 times first was a miscarriage this one seems to be sticking so far πŸ’™
  • Β Me! We weren’t even trying! I had just spent the previous year trying to naturally regulate my cycles. I also used an app to track my symptoms and cycles. I’m now 20 weeks pregnant!
  • I’ve been pregnant with no treatments, meds, diet changes, weight loss or anything 6x… so far only 1 living child and 13w2d with my 2nd (🀞🏽)🌈
  • Β After needing meds twice #3 was completely natural and a surprise blessing!
  • No meds with this pregnancy (27 weeks) and one that ended in a early miscarriage. Meds with my 1st two babies and my miscarriage that ended at 8 weeks.
  • With my first i did
  • Ketogenic diet is what got me pregnant after 13 TTC and 2 miscarriages
  • πŸ™‹ I was on birth control to regulate my cycles and missed a few pills between packs because my doctor didn’t call in my RX fast enough. I thought “whats the worse that’s going to happen I’m going to get pregnant YEAH RIGHT!” But after 8 years of trying sure enough I did and I now I have a beautiful healthy 2 month old baby girl πŸ’•
  • Β Shes so cute
  • I lost about 80 pounds and was about to meet with a fertility specialist when I found out!

  • Β Me
  • I did! Currently 21 weeks with a little girl! I was only off of birth control for about four months before I got pregnant so quite the surprise when I got that positive test result.
  • I’m nearly 33weeks pregnant with a baby girl, I just cut out sugar, and restricted carbs…my cycles regulated, and 7 cycles later I got pregnant. We tried for 5 years unsuccessfully before the diet change.
  • I did 6 rounds of clomid and did iui. They failed so we took a break. The iui failed end of march and thats when we started the break. I found out july 27th of last year that i was 6 weeks pregnant. We had concieved during the break! My son will be 4 months old on the 23rd

  • It took me 9 years to have my 1st which is now 2 yrs old and i am currently 18 weeks no meds with either pregnancies
  • And no weight loss & im on the heavy side. Im 15 weeks & 3days. Had unprotected sex for 2 years straight then decided to take a test because i was feeling nauseated after i ate and i was 8 weeks pregnant.
  • All I took was maca root powder! My cycles were very irregular and it helped with that and I got pregnant 3 months later. My son is now a little over 3 months old.
  • Me!! But it took me 5 years to fall pregnant!
  • Me..well I was sort of taking birth control the pill, but my husband and I decided we wanted to try for a baby so I just stopped taking my pills and it just happened!

  • I did once in 2012, we actually took a break from fertility medications two months prior. I went into the hospital for a ruptured ovarian cyst and then also found out I was miscarrying at 4 & 1/2 half weeks and didn’t know it.
  • Meeeee
  • I did but unfortunately lost the pregnancy because I needed to be on metformin to help hold the pregnancy.

  • I did. But I don’t think it would have happened had I not been working on my body through food, exercise, and supplements for 3+ years.
  • I was on all different kinds of treatment. I finally got tired of it, got off of everything and “gave up” 3 months later I was pregnant(:
  • Me. I did birth control for about six months and as soon as I stopped I ovulated and got pregnant. They pushed metformin on me and I refused to take it. I ate extremely clean and focused on being positive and I’ve had a lot of success. Currently almost 6 months.
  • πŸ™‹πŸ»
  • Not me πŸ™ needed to do IVF
  • I did twice
  • Me! 3 years.
  • Β πŸ™‹πŸΌ took a couple years for the first but then my body suddenly realized what it was supposed to do and I had no issues since. 4 babies here πŸ™‚
  • I did all 4 times. Took a while for each and the last 3 I was prescribed metformin come to find out right before starting the meds, I found out I was pregnant
  • I got pregnant natural but took a long time.
  • Both my kids I lucklily concieved naturally not help have an 8 year old and finally had.my second bub yeasterdah.
  • Took a month off my meds before trying IVF and due to having a severe Colitis flair up. Out of habit I took my monthly pregnancy test (that I took the same time every month for 15 months) and was shocked to see it was positive. I thought maybe the test was broken. Not possible. Thousands of dollars and months of tears. Took another test the next morning and positive again. Called my doctor to get blood work right away to confirm because I still didn’t believe it. Two days later and a second blood test to confirm levels were rising and it was finally real! I’m now 23w5d and had an appointment today. Besides minor issues with me, my baby boy is healthy and happy. Kicking on my bladder constantly. I wouldn’t change anything for the world! πŸ’•
